Our pre-engineered steel structures are designed with heavy-duty prime-grade steel and fasteners specially manufactured to provide an extra-tight seal. Our recessed neoprene washers ensure that the building is completely sealed and that potentially damaging elements, such as dirt and sand, do not enter building. Additionally, our buildings can be easily fitted with insulation to ensure the climate in the building is perfectly suited to preserve your valuable construction equipment.

Heavy Duty Cold-Formed Galvalume Coated Steel
- Corrosion-resistant AZ-55 Galvalume® coated steel - 55% aluminum and 43% zinc alloy coating
- Seven times more rust resistant than regular galvanized
- 25 year limited rust-through warranty backed directly by major American steel mills
- Thick prime grade steel with 50,000 (344 MPa) yield strength
- Cold-formed to achieve a deep corrugation (178 mm) and double-bolt overlap for added strength
Simple One Nut- and-Bolt Assembly
- Bedford Building Systems only require one nut and bolt for the entire building
- Our prime-graded nuts and bolts are dipped in an erosion resistant JS1000 clear-coat.
- Our hardware also includes a recessed neoprene washer to prevent leaks and weather damage
