From turbulent weather to unstable land, drilling environments are often challenging. Bedford Building Systems are designed with these challenges in mind.
Our heavy-duty Galvalume steel shell (up to 1.5mm thick) is more than three times thicker than steel sheeting (0.39mm) used in other building kits. On the drilling site, the thicker steel walls are more capable of withstanding impacts from machinery or weather and the galvalume coating provides extra heat reflectivity during the warmest months.
In addition, our unique military-grade design more evenly distributes weight across the entire building kit. As a result, our buildings don't require deep posts or expensive foundations. Bedford building kits sit securely on a simple floating foundation (41cm deep), allowing them to be constructed on almost any type of ground and eliminating the need for expensive soil testing.

- Seven times more rust resistant than regular galvanized
- 25 year limited rust-through warranty backed directly by major American steel mills
- Thick prime grade steel with 50,000 (344 MPa) yield strength
- Cold-formed to achieve a deep corrugation (178 mm) and double-bolt overlap for added strength
Simple One Nut-and-Bolt Assembly
- Bedford Building Systems only require one nut and bolt for the entire building
- Our prime-graded nuts and bolts are dipped in an erosion resistant JS1000 clear-coat.
- Our hardware also includes a recessed neoprene washer to prevent leaks and weather damage
